Our vegetable garden produces vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers for use in the community.
Students and Trainees participate in all aspects of growing, harvesting and storing the garden produce.
As is the case on the farm, a dedicated professional is responsible for the production, and a Training Leader is primarily responsible for training.
