Everyone working at Coleg Elidyr falls into one of three categories:
- Guest Volunteers:
Young people from all over the world who live and work at Coleg Elidyr for a limited period of time, perhaps one or two years.

Mature individuals who, perhaps with their family, want to join the Coleg Elidyr community for an extended period of time.
